No to urban sprawl

We, the undersigned, are opposed to further urban sprawl locally and the merging of communities surrounding Wrexham. It will increase traffic congestion and pollution, put additional pressure on schools, health services and other infrastructure.

Rydan ni, yr isod, yn gwrthwynebu codi mwy o dai ar dir glas o amgylch Wrecsam. Bydd yn cynnyddu problemau traffig a llygredd yn ogystal a chynnyddu pwysau ar ein ysgolion, gwasanaethau iechyd ac isadeiladedd.

This council shows no respect for the wishes of the Wrexham public!

One disaster after another, Ty Pawb, 9 Acre Field and I’m sure these planning applications will follow suit!

The proposed development will increase traffic congestion and strain the infrastructure. The site proposed is totally unsuitable.

Does anyone in the planning Office take any notice of the objection we make?

Trying to get to work of a morning is absolutely abhorrent. Instead of building more houses, how about building more roads to access Wrexham and updating the state of the ones we have instead of potholes having a shovel of loose tar put in and flattened by a Council works van!!! We don’t need more houses – our roads, hospitals, our medical/dental surgeries, etc CANNOT COPE!!!

Concerns over traffic volumes, loss of green belt land, schools, Doctors, additional pollution, would like to see their risk and impact assessment to the road meet work and local communities that support this application….

Such a stupid idea in an area already struggling with traffic, pollution and shortages of services

More housing on this scale in Gwersyllt will put increased pressure on the local hospital, the already under resourced doctors surgeries and the traffic jams on the Mold road and the B&Q roundabout will be even more of a nightmare in the mornings and evenings. Eth Elliott
