We the undersigned call on Betsicadwaldr Health Board to retain free NHS dental provision for patients under the age of 18 at the Dant Y Coed Dental practise in Coedpoeth.
In January the practise is due to hand back its NHS contract but there is still time to negotiate the retention of this essential service for under 18's.
Rydym ni sydd wedi llofnodi isod yn galw ar Fwrdd Iechyd Betsicadwaldr i gadw darpariaeth ddeintyddol y GIG am ddim i gleifion dan 18 oed ym mhractis deintyddol Dant y Coed yng Nghoedpoeth. Ym mis Ionawr mae'r practis i fod i drosglwyddo ei gontract GIG yn ôl ond mae amser o hyd i drafod cadw'r gwasanaeth hanfodol hwn i rai dan 18 oed.
